About the role

As an analyst you are responsible for translating functional questions into process and technical solutions. Through a thorough inventory and analysis of the client’s question, you develop a strategy with the opportunities and options that lead to the best solution. Throughout that process you have room to think outside the box. You are always looking for improvement and driven to give the client a solution we can all be proud of.

The CodeCast team is always looking for ways to improve how we work, and a good group dynamic is essential to that. Every year we spend several sessions on team coaching events focused on sharing knowledge, improving soft skills and working together. Beyond coaching we simply enjoy getting out together — off-roading, an escape room challenge, survival training or an evening of fine dining at a starred restaurant.

We briefly discuss your CV, motivation and experience and confirm whether there is interest in an interview. In that first conversation we want to find out who you are, what you can do and how you prefer to work. We (Bas and Frans) will also show you what CodeCast does, who your colleagues might be and what a day on the floor looks like. After that first conversation we discuss internally whether to invite you back. A match? Then we are happy to discuss terms and contract.
